PRICING AND TITLE
We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product or service is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at anytime up to the shipment or delivery of that order and any related items.
We reserve the right to alter all product and service pricing without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue the availability of products and services at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled any payment made for the products or service will be refunded in full.
Title in any products ordered from us does not pass to you, the purchaser until we have received and processed a valid payment, and that payment has been made into our own bank account and your order has been shipped.
Prices quoted by Anne Veck Limited are in UK Pounds Sterling. Outside the UK your credit card company will charge you in your local currency at the current rate. Please note that both charges and any refunds are in UK Pounds Sterling.
Anne Veck Limited is not responsible for changes to prices quoted by any third parties with links from this website.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.
TRAINING COURSES BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
50% deposit of Anne’s daily fee to secure the booking. We invoice for the balance immediately after the event with payment due within 30 days of date of invoice.
Cancellation fees: more than 2 weeks’ notice no charge / less than 2 weeks’ notice 50% / less than 1 week’s notice 100%

Anne Veck Limited aims to operate in an open, honest and transparent way . Our pricing policy is to give our customers excellent value which is important to our goal of providing the best in hairdressing and hairdressing education and show work.
